About Us

I am a prop and set designer for theatre film and more, with my own stock of props and furniture.  The items are available for rent in Manhattan at a low cost and even last minute!

My hope is to keep film and theatre a little greener by saving items from my own projects from otherwise dumpster fate, and to help other productions reach their vision by offering these items for rental at an extremely low cost not offered by any other prop houses with manhattan pickup.  I ask that larger companies and budgets pay full rate so that I can continue to grow my business and continue to help smaller low budget and non profit projects by offering them rates they can afford.  I am always flexible and open to offers and sometimes even bargaining for respectful renters.
